As a Holistic Wellness Coach, I am dedicated to supporting you in transforming negative habits in order to achieve Balance & Wellness in all areas of your life: Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual, allowing you to experience what it means to be fully and truly WELL – Wonderfully Energetic & Loving Life!

 

I specialise in process/ behavioural addictions, which can present themselves in the form of co-dependency, sex and love addiction, eating disorders, exercise addiction, workaholism, shopping, gambling and gaming addictions.

 

Before working as a Recovery & Wellness Coach, I spent 20 years working in the Health & Fitness Industry, and supported my clients in improving their physical health, well-being and quality of life. I have always had a passion for helping people to set goals and not only achieve but surpass them.

 

I have studied Coaching, NLP, Personal Training, Mindfulness, Counselling and Leadership. I enjoy being in nature, practicing yoga & meditation, healthy eating and spending time with friends, family & my fur-baby Lix! I have more than 20 years’ experience facilitating recovery support groups and working one-on-one with those in recovery from various behavioural addictions. I am currently the owner of WellCoach Holistic Coaching Solutions which was founded in 2009.
